"User Space", will be password protected, which means that only the one who knows the password can access the user space, and those who don't know the password would cryptographically impossible to break into.

• Secure Your Password

  You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through Your user space. So please protect Your user space by keeping Your password in a safe place confidentially. Try not to reuse Your password on third-party applications.

  You can reset Your password at anytime through the rescue email that You provide when creating Your user account. You may reset Your password in case You forgot it and cannot login to Your space. Reseting Your password periodically offers better security to Your account.

• Be Sure Your Rescue Email Reliable

  Your are responsible to make sure that Your rescue email is reliable and You would always be able to access to Your rescue email. Otherwise, You may lose Your access to Your user space forever in case You forgot Your password, bacause You cannot reset Your password through Your rescue email.

• Be Sure Your Rescue Email Secure

  It is also Your responsibility to make sure that the rescue email account is safe -- no one else, except You, could access Your email account to change Your password (then change the rescue email as well).

  You can change Your rescue email after You login to Your space. You will be asked to provide Your password when You submit a new email address to make the change.

Some of our Services allow You to upload, submit, store, send or receive contents. You retain the ownership of any intellectual property rights of these contents. That is, what belongs to You stays Yours.

• Grant TDG Worldwide Licence

  When You upload, submit, save, store, send or receive contents to or through our Services, You grant TDG (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from interpretation, adaptations or other changes we make so that Your contents work better with our Services).

  This license continues even if You stop using our Services. Some Services may offer You ways to access and remove contents that has been provided to that Service.

  If You submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use Your feedback or suggestions without obligation to You.

Updates and Changes

Internet technology and the applicable laws, rules and regulations change frequently, TDG therefore reserves the right to modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to our Services in order to reflect changes to the laws or changes to our Services. We'll post notices about modifications. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than two weeks after the notifications are posted. However, addressing new functions of a service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
